A customer profile will be created to communicate services and offers from our hotel that we believe may interest you in the future.

An email may be sent from the TripAdvisor platform (https://www.tripadvisor.es/) on behalf of the hotel, for you to rate your stay. TripAdvisor will not use the email address for other purposes.

Once the reservation is made and a few days before arriving at our hotel, you will be informed that you may receive a message via email, SMS and/or WhatsApp to check in online, with information about your reservation, the apartment, and the possibility of enhancing your stay. You may also receive a message upon arrival to welcome you and inform you about the services available at the establishment and the possibility of enhancing your stay.

Reports that it has created a page on the Social Networks FACEBOOK, YOUTUBE, and INSTAGRAM with the main purpose of advertising.

By joining our page, the user gives consent for the processing of personal data published on their profile.
